Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery across all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

For orders from GCC countries or any international destination, customers are requested to contact our sales team before placing an order. International shipping availability, delivery schedule, shipping charges, customs duties, and import requirements will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

UAE Delivery

Free delivery is available across the UAE.

• Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
• Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays, special promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

GCC & International Orders

For customers outside the UAE:

• Please contact our sales team before placing your order.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package size, and courier service.
• Delivery time depends on the destination country.
• Any customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Customers may be contacted to verify order details before dispatch.
• If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform the customer and provide an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package is visibly damaged, opened, or incomplete, please notify the courier immediately and contact SAK within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date only under the following conditions:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged due to shipping.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoices.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.
• Products with missing accessories or damaged original packaging.
• Special-order, customized, or customer-specific products.
• Software, licenses, or activated products where applicable.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, SAK will replace it with the same product or an equivalent model, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the Return Policy will apply.

Force Majeure

SAK shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, customs delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
